Booking is handled by message or phone at 559-679-0055 rather than through instant online booking. Before a service is booked, the salon has a personal conversation to confirm the service, appointment length and starting price. For custom extensions and color, clients can send one to two photos of their current hair, optional inspiration photos and their color history. The salon is open Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 9 PM and closed Sundays.

The menu runs from cuts, blowouts, kids cuts and men's cuts through highlighting, dimensional and lived-in color, vivid and corrective color, toning and gloss maintenance, scalp care, and Brazilian Blowout smoothing. Custom weft extensions are ordered for each guest, and bridal and event styling are offered alongside them.

New clients are asked for a card to secure appointments, and several color services carry a $50 deposit. Cancellations or changes need 48 hours notice where possible, and cancellations inside that window may be subject to a 20% fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings within a set range, with approval needed before the appointment.
