The studio is open Tuesday through Thursday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM, Friday until 1 PM, and Saturday until 2 PM, and is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Clients can send questions to the stylist through a contact form on the website before booking.

Hair services cover precision cuts, blowouts, all-over color, partial and full highlights, color retouches, gloss toning, and two treatments: a Hair Detox Treatment that removes build-up, impurities and toxins from the hair and scalp, and a Hair Gloss Treatment that adds shine, enhances color and seals the cuticle. A free 20-minute hair consultation is available. Eyebrow and lip waxing are also offered, each a short 10-minute appointment.

Payment options include Buy Now, Pay Later for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards are sold. The studio charges a 30% cancellation fee and asks clients to notify it as soon as possible if they need to reschedule.
