Cutting options run from a kids' cut for ages 10 and under and a clipper or short cut, through a custom haircut with a wash and finish, to a curly cut worked with both dry and wet techniques for curls and coils. Color services include a gloss, single process color applied to regrowth, root retouches, highlights and blonding with a gloss and custom finish, and custom color transformations for blonding, color correction and fashion color. Pricing for transformations depends on time and complexity.

Keratin Smoothing Treatment is a natural keratin option offered in two versions, and the salon says its results last up to five months. An Express Keratin Treatment is also on the menu. Add-ons include an Olaplex bond-repair treatment and a stress-relief scalp massage that focuses on pressure points.

Booking works by request: a request is not scheduled until the client receives confirmation. New clients booking a custom color transformation pay a $50 deposit. A 35% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later can be arranged in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
