The Jas Curl Experience opens with a detailed consultation on hair goals, pain points and the daily care routine. A dry haircut follows, shaped around how each client's curls fall and shrink as they dry. The visit includes instruction on cleansing and conditioning, a Hair Spa Treatment (hydration, strengthening or protein) chosen by the stylist, drying and styling guidance, and a final check of the curls.

Beyond curl work, the menu covers color such as balayage and custom Curly Lites, cuts, keratin smoothing and relaxers, and extension installs. Consultations come before any color, smoothing or extension service. For extensions, the salon talks through the desired look, color match, price, upkeep and deposit, and can recommend extension vendors.

New guests begin with a 10 to 15 minute consultation and complete an initial guest form when booking. After each visit the next appointment is booked in advance, and the stylist offers recommendations for at-home care. Digital gift cards can be bought online and redeemed for any in-salon service.
