Cutting includes the Diva Cut, a method developed by Lorraine Massey, author of Curly Girl, in which each curl is cut individually to preserve its natural pattern. Custom clip-in hair extensions are available in many lengths and colors. The salon also styles hair for events, weddings, prom, and editorial or runway work, either in the salon or on site. Clients call to book a consultation or a trial style for those occasions. Stylists recommend retail home haircare products for maintenance between visits.

Guests are asked to set phones to vibrate while in the salon. Animals are not permitted under North Carolina Board of Cosmetology rules, except certified service dogs.
