The studio is run by Janelle Varada, a hair color expert and stylist, and is built around color work. It operates two private boutique studios: one on Wilshire Blvd in Beverly Hills, called Studio 58, and one on El Molino Ave in Altadena.

Services cover the full range of color, from single process color, root work and toners to highlights, balayage, baby-lights and lowlights. Blowouts, haircuts, keratin smoothing and Olaplex and other treatments round out the menu. Full and partial highlight, balayage and baby-light sets include an Olaplex treatment, toner and blowout, and several combination packages bundle services into one visit.

New clients receive a complimentary blowout with any color booking. Clients who are unsure can send current and desired color photos by text or email for a free virtual consultation before they book.

Booking is by appointment only, by text or phone. Requests are best made 48 hours ahead, though last-minute openings may be accepted depending on the schedule. Appointments are confirmed by email 24 hours before. Cancellations and changes need 24 hours notice, made through the Vagaro account or by contacting the studio. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling, and missed appointments without notice mean a client can no longer book. Beverly Hills clients can park under the building, entering from San Vicente Blvd or North Gale Dr, and parking validation gives 4 hours for $4.
