The menu covers retwists in several sizes, from small or micro dreads to full-head retwists, along with starter locs, barrel rolls, braided platts and finishing add-ons such as plats and petals. Color is offered on full heads, half heads and individual strands, and color services start at $100. Detox pricing starts at $35 and depends on how much buildup is present. Invisible locs with two strands are also offered, though the business does not supply the hair used for them.

It covers hair texture, what suits the client's hair, a demonstration on the hair and setting up an appointment. Detangling requires an in-person consultation first, and its price is set after the hair has been evaluated. A color rinse, priced at $30, is booked only after the business has spoken with the client, and it is meant to lift lint and debris that shampoo does not remove.

For kids' coloring, the color must be sent in at booking and is purchased for each client.

Clients are asked to remove rubber bands before a dreadlock appointment, or a $25 removal charge applies. Arriving more than 15 minutes late incurs a late fee, and an appointment is cancelled if a client is 30 minutes late, in which case the client must reschedule. If a preferred date is already booked, clients can ask the business about another appointment that same day.
