The loc menu covers retwists, starter locs, extensions, color, and repair and combination work. For people starting locs, the salon offers Instant Starter Locs for hair without a defined curl pattern, and loc extensions can be used to start locs on processed or heat-damaged hair. Starting locs generally requires about 2 to 6 inches of hair, depending on curl pattern, desired loc size and technique. Consultations are recommended, especially for extra long hair. Services are offered for all hair textures.

Appointments can be booked through the Appointments section of the website. Same-day appointments may be arranged by calling or texting the salon, subject to availability. The salon is open Tuesday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Children's pricing is $10 less than adult pricing. Payment is accepted by cash, credit, debit, Cash App, Venmo and Zelle, and free Wi-Fi is available on request.
