Beyond The Strandz Wellness Clinic is a separate entity under the same ownership, focused on hair and scalp care, hair loss and scalp disorders. Its services are offered in the clinic and begin with an in-office consultation for women who want help stabilizing hair loss or a scalp condition. Patients bring bloodwork no more than 90 days old. The consultation includes a hair and scalp analysis, a health and wellness review, microscopic images, a bio survey, and a conversation about medical history, nutrition, hair care habits and lifestyle. Recommendations and a recap are emailed within a week. A complimentary 15-minute introductory phone call is offered for hair loss questions; it is not a hairstyling booking. The salon describes its hair loss evaluation as the most comprehensive approach for evaluating and treating hair loss.

Booking requires a non-refundable deposit, applied at checkout. Clients have a 15-minute grace period; later arrivals may be rescheduled and can lose the deposit. Cancellations or time changes requested more than 20 hours ahead may carry a fee of half the service total, and within 8 hours the fee is the full total. A cancelled appointment can be rebooked within 7 days to keep the deposit, and rebooking online is open for 21 days. After two reschedules or 21 days, the deposit is forfeited and does not carry over. Children and other guests are not allowed unless they are being serviced, and the salon reserves the right to decline service for the safety of staff, clients and the premises.

Listed prices are base prices and can change with additional time, hair length, density and texture. Full sewn-in weaves require a $100 deposit. Merchandise includes gift cards and branded water bottles, mugs, tank tops and T-shirts. The salon says it has been featured in eMagine Magazine, Sophisticate's Black Hair Magazine and Beauty News Newspaper.
