Jaimi Jackson

Jaimi Jackson owns Jai'Stylz and its wellness arm, Beyond The Strandz Wellness Clinic. She is a licensed hair care provider and a certified trichologist, with nearly three decades in the hair industry.

Her training began at Dudley's Beauty College in Washington, DC, and continued at the National Institute of Cosmetology, where she earned a Masters of Professional Cosmetology Degree with the National Beauty Culturalists League. She keeps up with continuing education, product knowledge and advanced classes to stay current.

Her specialties include healthy hair, hair loss, scalp care and scalp detox, scalp analysis, silk press, natural hair, relaxers, short hair, color, and treatments for different hair types. Her services also cover short, medium and long hair, highlights, haircuts, textured hair, curls, evening and bridal styles, up-dos, weaves, children's hair and senior hair. As a trichologist, she suggests and recommends treatments rather than diagnosing, since trichologists are not medical doctors.
