The studio offers a set menu of makeup experiences, from a natural everyday look to a full evening glam session, along with bridal services, photoshoot packages, brow and lash work, and instruction for clients and working artists.

Booking is done through the business's own system. Individual appointments can be made up to 60 days ahead, and dates further out can be requested by email. Walk-ins are taken Tuesday through Saturday when the schedule allows, with booked clients given priority, and walk-in start times are shared on social media. Sundays are by appointment only and Mondays are closed. Appointments before 8am and on Mondays carry a $50 upcharge. A retainer goes toward the service and is nonrefundable, though one reschedule is allowed on the same retainer. Late arrivals are charged $15 for each 10 minutes, and appointments more than 20 minutes late are canceled. Guests are welcome only if they are receiving a service or are minors with a parent or escort, and clients are asked to keep their phones put away during sessions except in an emergency. Bridal work starts with a consultation at $175. The bridal makeup application is $250, and the bridal party application is $105 per person. Bridal services include lip touch-up kits for the party, mink lash applications, and a bridal emergency kit. Travel and other wedding costs are not included in these prices; a detailed estimate is requested through a Bridal Beauty Intake Form.

Photoshoot packages come in three tiers, Silver, Gold and Platinum, and can be adjusted to a client's needs. Each includes travel, the chosen look and touch-ups within the booked time. Travel is quoted from $150 depending on distance and region, and a full day rate is $1,250 for an eight-hour day, with extra time discussed beforehand. Tattoo cover-ups are priced after the size and color of the piece are known. The studio also offers brow consultations, permanent makeup, brow growth therapy, makeup and wine down sessions, and pro to pro courses. The site notes that the work has appeared on television, in film and in print, including commercials, and that a 2021 nomination by ThreeBestRated.com in Detroit was received, according to the business.
