Color services run from all-over color and root touch-ups to double process root touch-ups and glosses, with highlights including face framing, half and full head foils, partial balayage and full balayage. Cuts include kids' haircuts, clipper cuts, and haircut and style options, with a haircut and treatment option that adds a conditioning or scalp detox step. Styling covers curling or flat iron work, wash and blow outs, and formal, child formal and bridal styles for weddings and events.

Extension services include clip-in installs, tape-in installs and tape-in removals. A tape-in extension consultation is offered at no charge and takes about 15 minutes. Treatments include a conditioning treatment, a scalp exfoliation treatment, K-18 anti damage treatment for chemical or heat damage, and a Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatment.

The studio is open Monday from 12 PM to 8:30 PM, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 12 PM to 7 PM, and Saturday from 11 AM to 5 PM. It is closed Wednesday and Sunday. Payment methods are listed on the booking page.

Cancellations or rescheduling need 48 hours notice. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment time carry a 50% rebooking fee. Frequent back-to-back cancellations or reschedules may lead to forfeited appointments or a required deposit. Services and products are not refundable. Clients unhappy with a service should contact the stylist within one week for an adjustment.

Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 or $200 amounts, or in a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. The booking page lists 165 reviews.
