Guests unsure which stylist to book can use a guest form. Appointments can be made online, by calling or texting 302-299-7833, and all services are by appointment only, with no walk-ins.

The color packages combine custom color, professional treatments and finishing in one appointment, which the salon describes as a luxury experience. Specialty treatments are applied with warm steam and include a five-minute head and scalp massage. Signature Curly Cuts are cut curl by curl, followed by a curl-specific conditioning treatment, scalp massage and at-home care guidance. Botox treatments are also offered, performed upstairs at the salon by appointment.

Listed prices are starting prices. Final pricing can depend on stylist level, hair length, density and product use, and the stylist talks through any added costs before service begins. Extension hair is ordered through the salon and purchased in full at consultation, and outside hair is not accepted. Bridal services begin with an inquiry, a consultation and a deposit.

A holding deposit is required for all services and is applied to the total at checkout. Color services need 72 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, with late changes charged 50 percent of the service total. Haircut, blowout and styling changes need 48 hours' notice, and late changes forfeit the holding deposit. Redo requests must be made within 7 days and are reviewed by management. Completed services and gift cards are not refunded. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000. Parking is free in labeled spots beside the building or in marked back-lot spaces. University of Delaware students and staff get 10% off haircuts, blow-dries and retail with a valid ID. Hours are Monday through Friday 10 AM to 7:30 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 4 PM, with Sunday closed.
