New clients can book a free consultation of about 15 minutes, which needs to be booked at least 48 hours ahead of a color service. Existing clients making a drastic color change can also book a free consultation. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of an appointment are charged a 50% fee. The studio is open Tuesday through Saturday and closed on Sundays and Mondays.
