iSlay by Shay focuses on mink lashes, with services built around how many lashes remain between visits. Fill-ins are sorted into 1, 2, and 3 week tiers, and each tier is meant to be booked within a set window after a full set.

Full sets run from a classic style through hybrid, volume, and wispy volume options, up to a combined Baddie Slay that pairs a volume wispy set with bottom lashes. Full sets and the Foreign Fill include a complimentary heated massage.

Newer clients can book a 30 minute Lash Consult to try mink lashes before committing, which also suits anyone unsure about allergies. Clients whose lashes were applied by another technician can book a Foreign Fill, which requires at least half of the existing lashes to remain, or they can book a removal for lashes not applied at iSlay by Shay. The website also offers a Check Code Balance option.

Fill tier and timing are chosen based on how many lashes remain, with the remaining amount judged at the provider's discretion.
