The studio works out of Main Door #25 at Memphis Suites. Clients are asked to wait in the car and text the aesthetician on arrival, and she comes to let them in. Appointments are booked through the studio's Square booking page, and each client is emailed a 2026 Client Policy Agreement to read and sign when booking. Clients have a 5-minute grace period, a 6-minute delay brings a $10 late fee, and arriving 10 minutes late means the appointment is cancelled and recorded as a no-show. New client services can be booked only once per person.

Waxing covers full body and upper and lower body areas, Brazilian and full bikini combinations, facial waxing, and a Vagacial plus wax combo that takes about 40 minutes or more. Brow services include mapping, waxing, shaping and tinting, brow lamination (a semi-permanent treatment lasting about 6-8 weeks), and a henna brow therapy. Lash services include natural mink cluster lashes and extensions.

The studio describes its services as top-tier. It also runs a Lux Rewards loyalty program, where clients earn Lux Points on each visit to redeem for savings, perks and experiences, and it sells skin care products and custom personalized tumblers.
