Brows By Latrice is run by owner Toshiania Ulmer, who works as a lash and brow specialist. The studio is at 5395 Fox Plaza, Suite 106, in Memphis, and is open Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, closed Sundays.

Services are grouped into brows, lashes, and combined brow and lash visits. Brow options include lamination with waxing for shaped brows, a Stain Pure Dye color service with brow shaping, and a combined lamination, waxing and stain visit. Lash work centers on cluster lashes, which can be added to a brow appointment or booked on their own for extra volume. The longest combined service pairs lamination, Stain Pure Dye, cluster lashes and detailed waxing in one 90-minute session.

Each service is adjusted to the client's features, and the studio says it prioritizes the health and care of clients' brows and lashes. Booking requires a $20 deposit for most services, or $30 for the largest combined package. Payment is due in full at the appointment and is accepted by Tap to Pay, card on file or cash, with a 3.5% card processing fee applied to all services. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 after approval before the appointment. Appointments must be confirmed and a required waiver completed in advance; cancellations less than 24 hours ahead may incur a 50% fee, no-shows are charged the full service price, and clients have a 10-minute grace period.
