A visit is meant to be relaxed, and clients are offered complimentary teas, coffees and salads. Services are priced as starting prices and are often confirmed after a consultation with a licensed professional, so the final price can change. Online booking requires a payment card to hold the appointment, with the remaining balance paid at the salon. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead; otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment price may apply.

The menu is organized into several areas. Haircuts cover women's, men's and children's cuts, and hair coloring includes foil highlights, balayage, color treatments and fashion colors. Hair treatments include keratin, relaxing treatments, perms, scalp treatments and conditioning. Special occasion styling covers polished blowouts and up-styles, and wedding styling is also offered.
