Every appointment is tailored to the individual client's skin, and treatments are adjusted as needed. The Signature Customized Facial is a 90-minute service that includes a skin analysis, exfoliation, steaming, extractions, a face and shoulder massage, and a nutritive or corrective mask. For clients who do not have blackhead concerns, a 60-minute Mini Facial is offered without extractions.

Waxing is a major part of the studio. Face services cover brow design, lip, chin, neck or cheek waxing, and a full face and neck with eyebrow shaping. Body services range from underarm and arm waxing to half and full legs, back or chest, and several bikini line options. Hair needs to be at least 1/4 inch long to be waxed, and clients are asked not to apply creams or lotions to the skin beforehand.

Special additions include ionization of a booster serum and a freeze-dried seaweed mask application. Products come from several professional lines, including HydroPeptide, Yonka-Paris, SkinCeuticals and TIZO sunblocks, along with the studio's own private label, which is developed in a Canadian laboratory and is free of parabens, phthalates and sulfates. The studio describes itself as an authorized retailer of the lines it carries.

The studio has served clients for many years, and some have been coming for 15 to 20 years. The owner still sees her earliest clients and, in some cases, their families.
