The spa describes its mission as offering minimally invasive rejuvenation and calls itself a boutique destination for aesthetic skin and body care in the Bay Area. Treatments take place in a spa-style setting.

Every visit begins with a consultation about the client's goals. Plans are then customized to fit each person's goals, anatomy and lifestyle. Initial consultations can be booked through the website or by calling or emailing the salon, and suitability for the PRP facelift is reviewed during consultation, including medical history. Appointments are confirmed 48 hours ahead by phone, email and text. First-time clients should arrive 15 minutes early to check in and complete intake paperwork.

Services fall into three groups. Injectables cover Botox and Dysport, Daxxify, dermal fillers, PRP and PRF including a PRP facelift, Kybella for fat below the chin, PDO thread lift and Sculptra. Skin health treatments include AviClear for acne, IPL or PhotoFacial, Vivace RF microneedling, SkinPen microneedling, Fraxel laser resurfacing, Sofwave, Clear and Brilliant, Thermage, HydraFacial, biorevitalization peels including PRX-T33, physician grade peels, and Cosmelan peel for hyperpigmentation. Laser hair reduction is also offered. Botox is described as FDA-approved for fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes and brow, is offered to adults over 21, and the spa says results may appear within three days and last up to four months, though results vary. CoolSculpting is offered for fat pockets on the body as a non-invasive, FDA-approved contouring treatment; the spa says many clients notice a significant difference after eight to 12 weeks, and results vary.

Services are elective cosmetic procedures and are not covered by medical insurance; the spa does not participate in insurance plans. Fees are discussed in advance and paid before the procedure, and packaged treatments are paid in full at the first scheduled session. Cash, credit cards, CareCredit and Cherry financing are accepted, personal checks are not, and flexible monthly payment plans are offered. Dermal fillers are offered to patients over 21.

CoolSculpting, Sofwave, Fraxel and PDO thread cancellations need 48 hours' notice, and a 500 dollar fee applies to no-shows or shorter notice. Other services need 24 hours' notice, with a fee of 50 percent of the treatment price for no-shows or shorter notice. Skin care products may be returned within 30 days if unopened, unused and in original packaging, except Latisse and Upneeq. Refunds are not given; defective or damaged products are exchanged, and adverse reaction cases are reviewed individually and may be given as account credit.

Plans are customized after an initial consultation to fit each client's goals, anatomy and lifestyle, and the practice aims for minimally invasive rejuvenation.
