The cut menu runs from bang trims and short cuts through medium and long cuts to a transformation cut for major changes, which takes about 135 minutes and includes a shampoo and blow dry. Color includes natural coverage for roots only or all over, and highlights are done as open-air balayage without foils. Mini, partial and full highlight options are available, with extra toner bowls priced separately.

Hair extensions come in tape-in and beaded weft styles, priced per piece once the consultation is complete, and keratin bond extensions, which are priced hourly. Smoothing options include a Brazilian Blowout treatment that keeps the natural curl pattern, and hair treatments made with aK18 or Brazilian Blowout Rewind.

New clients book a free 30-minute consultation and complete a new client form before booking any hair service. Vivids, blonding and corrections always need a consultation first, take between 3.5 and 8 hours, and are quoted from $100 per hour. Clients should expect to keep up at-home care and return for regular touch-ups after this work.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment carry a 50% fee, and no-shows or late cancellations are charged the full service price. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. The salon is open Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Sunday from 11 AM to 5 PM, and is closed on Monday and Thursday.
