Integration Spa

Integration Spa is located in Suite 104 at 725 Nautica Drive and combines medical aesthetics with wellness services. The menu covers injectables administered by licensed medical professionals, therapeutic and relaxation massage, facials, and private infrared sauna sessions. The business says it is Jacksonville's med spa and wellness destination and serves clients from North Jacksonville and nearby Nassau County.

The injectable side of the practice is led by Dr. Nicholas D'Angelo, a board-certified family medicine physician, who performs Botox and Xeomin treatments intended to soften fine lines and wrinkles. Treatment areas include forehead lines, frown lines, crow's feet, bunny lines, lip lines, gummy smile, chin dimpling and platysma bands in the neck. A first injectable appointment is a consultation, and treatment at that visit is optional. According to the business, Botox and Xeomin results usually last about three to four months, varying by individual, and may begin to show within one to three days, with full results usually building over two to four weeks. No outcome is guaranteed, and all procedures carry potential risks and require a medical evaluation.

Massage options include Therapeutic Massage and Relaxation Massage, and facials include the Classic Facial. Memberships provide a monthly set of services. INSPIRE costs $80 per month for one Relaxation Massage, or a Classic Facial with a $10 fee. HEAL costs $90 per month for one 50-minute Therapeutic Massage or Classic Facial, and includes savings on additional services and add-ons. INTEGRATE costs $160 per month for two HEAL services, either massage or facial.

Wellness series are prepaid packages of massage, facial or sauna treatments, with three hours included to use within a six-month period. Spa packages and monetary gift cards are available in the spa and online. Gift cards can be used toward any service or retail item.

Injectable care is medically led and begins with a personalized consultation and assessment with the physician. Treatment is planned for each client and is optional at a first injectable visit.
