Brow work is a core part of the menu. Eyebrow threading uses a twisted thread, held between the technician's hands or teeth, to catch hairs at the root. Eyebrow tinting applies a semi-permanent dye to the fine hairs around the brow to define and shape it. The studio presents tinting as a lower-cost, lower-risk salon option that can reduce how much daily makeup a client needs.

For hair removal, the studio offers face waxing and face threading, plus body waxing and sugaring. Sugaring uses a paste of lemon, water and sugar, warmed to a candy-like texture, that is pressed onto the skin and removed to lift hair from the root. Body waxing is applied with the direction of hair growth and pulled against it, and can cover large areas at once. Face threading pinches cotton thread between two strands to pull hairs from the follicle from several directions.

The standard facial is a multi-step manual treatment that usually runs about an hour and works to cleanse, exfoliate and nourish the skin. Three specialized facials are also offered: an acne care facial, an aging facial and a skin firming facial. Henna tattoos are created by piping henna paste onto the skin or drawing with a toothpick dipped in dye, after the design has been outlined. The studio describes its henna as 100% organic.

Jacksonville is open Tuesday to Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm and Sunday from 11 am to 4 pm, and it is closed on Mondays. St. Johns is open Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm and Sunday from 11 am to 5 pm. Appointments are recommended, and the studio says it may take calls on short notice when an opening or cancellation comes up. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice.
