The color menu is broad. It includes accent highlights, color retouches, partial and full highlights, baby lights, balayage and double-processed highlights, along with all-over color, gray coverage, fashion and vivid colors, and a gloss or toner that can be added to a service. Corrective color is handled differently: major changes and corrections are arranged by phone so the appointment can be planned around the work.

Extensions are one of the larger parts of the menu. Methods offered are K-tip, tape-in, sew-in, micro-link and skin weft tape-in, along with removal and refresh, and clip-ins for a special occasion. Every extension client gets a free consultation of about 15 minutes before service. Prices depend on the individual, so the salon does not quote them without an in-person consultation. Clients arrive with hair already shampooed, blow dried and free of product, and shampoo and blow dry is an extra charge. Extension packages do not include hair, appointments run two to three hours, and hair needs to be at least three to four inches from the nape of the neck.

Booking can be done through the salon's online booking page, by phone or by text. The salon asks for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel. After three same-day cancellations or missed appointments, future visits must be reserved with a credit card. Services are not refundable. Late arrivals may be accommodated, though clients who are very late may have their appointment rescheduled. Children are asked not to come along unless they are having a service, and pets are not allowed under state regulations. Clients who are unhappy with a service can contact the salon, which says it will work to resolve the problem.

The salon says it aims for service that goes beyond what clients expect, and it describes its approach to dissatisfied clients as working toward a fix.
