The color menu covers balayage and dimensional color, single-process color, full and mini highlights, customized highlight placement, The Very Blonde Highlight (a series of back-to-back highlights), vivids, corrective color, and grey blending or transformation, which is priced individually and can take up to a full day in the salon. Toners, a wet balayage that brightens the ends, and a Bright Blonde Treatment add-on are available for blonde work.
Extension services include installs priced at a starting rate for the first row with an added charge per additional row, a blend cut, move-ups for butterfly wefts, sew-ins and micro loops, removals, and K-tip installs that usually run three to four hours or more. Hair purchase and blend cuts are separate from install pricing. De-matting is priced by the hour depending on severity, requires a consultation first, and takes a $20 deposit. A 30-minute consultation to discuss hairstyle and color options is free. Head spa visits come with a head spa massage and a mini facial, with or without a blowdry. Trims are mini trims only and clients leave with damp hair. Blow-outs are a wash and style without a haircut.
The salon asks for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a set appointment. A cancellation or no-show within 24 hours carries a fee of 40 to 50 percent of the service price.
