Brow work includes nano hairstroke and powder brows, which take about three and a half hours and can include an optional soft shading add-on. A follow-up perfecting session is available for brows that have healed, and an annual color refresh maintains brows that were previously completed. On the lip side, lip blush aims at tone correction and color enhancement, while lip neutralization is meant for lips that read cool, dark or uneven. An annual lip color refresh maintains earlier lip blush work.

Lash services start with a classic full set, a one-to-one application for soft enhancement, and a volume full set, which places handcrafted lightweight fans on each natural lash. Touch-ups are priced by timing: partial touch-ups for sets applied two weeks or less earlier, and full touch-ups for sets applied three to four weeks earlier. A visiting client touch-up serves people whose extensions were applied by another artist, and lash removal uses a specialized solution to take extensions off.

Changes need at least 24 hours' notice, whether a visit is cancelled or moved. Deposits can't be returned, though when a booking is moved with that notice, one transfer is permitted. A fee of up to half the service price may apply to cancellations made within 48 hours of a permanent makeup brow or lip session, to same-day cancellations, and to missed appointments. Anyone arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to book again and could lose their deposit.

The studio customizes each treatment to the client's bone structure, skin type, undertones and lifestyle, aiming for results that suit the face without looking overdone.
