Every client starts with a free first consultation, held in person or by video call, to talk through needs and settle on an accurate price. Afterward the client receives a treatment plan with pricing and scheduling, plus a maintenance plan to follow while the treatment heals. Standard SMP usually takes place over three sessions, depending on the hair loss and the design. Male SMP is priced by Norwood Hamilton stage, from $1,200 to $1,800 for stage 1 up to $4,500 to $5,000 for stage 7. Men's sessions include a mockup beforehand so the hairline and density can be adjusted, and SMP HD adds shading and color layering. Women's SMP packages include a free consultation, three treatments, and a 12-month guarantee on the SMP work. SMP does not grow hair; it creates the look of a shaved head or tight buzz cut. Clients are asked to avoid sweating for at least a week afterward. The studio also offers SMP repair for work done elsewhere, SMP scar repair, hair transplant scar camouflage, and alopecia camouflage, which for alopecia usually takes at least one follow-up session. Vitiligo tattoos and areola 3D treatments are available, the latter for people who have lost a nipple after surgery or illness. Areola tattooing does not restore nipple sensation.
Each client has a consultation first, and the studio matches pigment color to skin and hair after examination with trichoscopy, using what it describes as current methods and cleaning precautions.
