The Mini Glow Facial is a shorter express visit, about 70 minutes, with a double cleanse, exfoliation, light extractions when needed, a hydrating mask, serums and moisturizer, but no massage. The Customized Signature Facial takes about 85 minutes, is tailored to the skin concerns a client brings, and includes roughly 15 minutes of massage; it is recommended for new clients. The Luxe Pamper Facial is the longest at about 115 minutes, with a Hydrojelly mask and around 30 minutes of massage, and is also recommended for new clients. The Back Renewal Treatment uses a similar sequence on the back in 60 minutes.

A Smooth Operator Brazilian Wax takes 75 minutes, works from front to back and includes ingrown hair extraction as needed. Post Wax Vagacial Rejuvenation calms and hydrates the area and is added to a Brazilian service. The standalone Vagacial Rejuvenation, 60 minutes, aims to calm irritation, reduce ingrown hairs and hydrate the intimate area, but cannot be added to a Brazilian. Single-area waxes for the bikini, booty, underarms, full face, chin, lip and stomach are also offered.

Lash lifts curl natural lashes from the root; the Korean Lash Lift & Tint adds a darker tint. Results are described as lasting about six to eight weeks. Brow options include a simple brow wax, a shape and wax, and Naked Brow Lamination, which smooths and sets brows for a fuller, more defined look. Three monthly memberships are available: the Smooth Operator Member at $50 includes one Brazilian wax a month with a post-wax mask; the Glow Goddess Member at $90 includes one Customized Signature Facial a month; and the Diamond Glow Member at $125 includes one Customized Signature Facial and one Brazilian or other wax of choice each month.

The studio is open Wednesday to Friday from 6 PM to 10 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 3:30 PM, and is closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Online bookings take a deposit of $5 to $25 depending on the service; deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a reschedule given 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations within 24 hours incur a fee of 50% of the service amount and forfeit the deposit, and missed appointments without notice are charged in full, with prepayment possibly required afterward. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean the visit is shortened or rebooked. Only the booked guest may be in the treatment area. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Clients needing childcare arrangements can contact the owner before their visit.

Skincare is handled with a results-driven focus, and each visit is also meant to be a relaxing break.
