Appointments can be booked online, and services not offered online can be booked by phone. The spa says its environment was designed as a peaceful place for clients to rest. Premier sessions run 60 minutes and use either organic or medical-grade products, in several versions: acne, anti-aging and firming, hydrating, sensitive skin calming, bright skin refining, deep pore cleansing, detox, and antioxidant firming. According to the spa, clients should plan their next facial 30 to 45 days after the last one. Certain peels can be added on a therapist's recommendation, and the more advanced peels are available only that way.

Other facial services include Hydroderm facials, collagen induction microneedling with a Bio-Cell recovery mask afterward, non-surgical microcurrent face lifts sold per session or in series of 10 or 20, LED light therapy, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, oxygen infusion, radiofrequency skin rejuvenation and a Jet Plasma treatment that the spa describes as non-surgical, pain-free and without downtime. Brow and lash services, facial waxing and tinting, and a henna brow service are also offered.

The body menu includes massage therapy, massage enhancements, body waxing and other body services. Massage options include Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, hot stone and organic massage using organic lotions and oils with aromatherapy. Massage times include 10 minutes for changing and consultation. Reflexology can be added to any treatment or booked alone, and a clinical massage add-on includes a topical pain management cream. Body treatments include a 50-minute back and shoulder treatment called Backcial, radiofrequency skin tightening for areas such as arms, buttocks and thighs, and non-surgical ultrasound lipo cavitation, usually booked as a series. Memberships start at $69 per month in Essential, Premier, Massage, Essential Plus and Premier Plus tiers, with member pricing, priority booking and Spa Rewards.
