Laura E Santos

Laura E Santos is the owner and artist at Ink Scalp Goddess. She began working in the beauty industry in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and has worked in Austin, Texas for eight years. She has performed more than 24,000 permanent makeup procedures and over 10,000 esthetic services. Her training started at Premier Pigments in Dallas, Texas, where she earned masters and teaching diplomas in 2009. She has been a licensed aesthetician for over 14 years and is licensed in Austin, Texas, and in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Further study covers lips, areolas, scar camouflage eyeliner and blush, and she holds certificates in medical and cosmetic tattooing for 3D areola pigmentation and an SMP certificate. She has taught permanent cosmetic classes in Milwaukee. Her main focus is scalp micropigmentation for all forms of alopecia, and she also works on hair transplant scar camouflage, including FUE and FUT scars. She works with both men and women and with clients of all skin tones. Each client begins with a private one-on-one consultation covering family history, treatment history and genetic factors, and she examines the transplant area to determine whether treatment is a fit. She then builds an individual plan and talks clients through their permanent makeup questions before treatment. She uses state-of-the-art tools for SMP. She has over 30 years in the permanent cosmetic industry and in cosmetic tattooing. She volunteered for two years with the Department of Regulation and Licensing in Madison, Wisconsin, including on its board of directors.
