The color menu runs from Camo Color, a grey blending shade for clipper cuts or shorter hair that does not give full dark coverage, through gloss, color refreshes and root retouches, up to custom color services. Partial Custom Color, which covers the top and sides, is the most commonly booked of the custom services. Full Custom Color rebalances color across the whole head, and Signature Custom Color is a fully tailored service of up to six hours, aimed at detail, blend and how long the result lasts.
Cuts include clipper cuts and fades, along with scissor-led layered cuts, bobs in classic, graduated, angled or textured shapes, and longer layered styles. Fade & Flow combines scissor work with a clipper fade. The Transformation Haircut is for significant changes in length or shape and includes an in-depth style lesson. The Signature At-Home Experience is a grooming visit at a client's home, office or chosen location, covering a short layered cut, styling and a consultation. Beard cleanups are also offered.
Smoothing services include Keratin Smoothing Treatment and Brazilian Blowout. Both reduce frizz and smooth the hair without permanently straightening or relaxing it, so wavy and curly textures stay as they are. Luxury Clarifying Treatment covers scalp cleansing, a strengthening shampoo, deep conditioning and a blowout. Conditioning Treatment is available as an add-on.
Cosmetic tattoo services listed by the studio include Nano Hybrid, Nano Brows, Lip Blush, Powder Brows and Dark Lip Neutralization. New clients for some services are asked to complete a short consultation by text or email before booking.
Policies: a 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, and arriving later than that may lead to cancellation with a 100% same-day fee. Cancellations or rescheduling need 72 hours' notice. Changes made within 48 to 24 hours of the visit, and no-shows, incur a 100% fee. Services that require a deposit are subject to forfeiture, with the amount shown per service at booking. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. The studio accepts payments and welcomes LGBTQIA+ clients.
