The practice was started by Natausha Spears, a registered nurse who opened her own medical spa in 2009 after years of working with plastic surgeons, other specialty physicians and medical spas. The goal is to enhance each client's natural appearance through individualized skincare, and visits are built around what each person wants to change.

Appointments are by appointment only and are booked by phone at 405-285-0625. New patients call to book, then download and bring the new patient packet to their visit. Consultations are available for treatment planning, and laser consultations help clients choose one treatment or a combination.

Services are grouped into Botox treatments, injectables, laser treatments, body contouring and medical weight loss. Botox is priced at $11 per unit and Jeaveau at $10 per unit, and an average Botox treatment uses approximately 20 to 50 units.

The liquid facelift combines a fractional laser session on the skin with Botox, fillers and threads. The laser part takes about an hour, and the injection and threading appointment, scheduled two to four weeks after the laser has healed, takes about two hours. Liquid facelift pricing is set after a consultation, based on the work needed and the number of syringes.

Advice is personal to each client, and the team combines current equipment with established procedures while adding newer treatments as they become available.
