The clinic was founded by Leslie, a physician assistant (PA-C), who began her career in head and neck surgery before moving into medical aesthetics. She practiced in Dallas, Texas, before returning to Oklahoma City to open the clinic, and she has chosen to focus on injectables.

Online bookings are asked to complete an intake form first. Most people are considered good candidates and can often be treated the same day. Before treatment, clients are asked to avoid alcohol, ibuprofen and fish-oil supplements for two days and to arrive with little or no makeup. After neurotoxin, clients should avoid lying down for four hours and skip workouts until the next day. New patients must consent to a photo release; a partial-face release avoids identifying features and focuses on close-ups of the treated area. Established patients are exempt.

Neurotoxin is priced at a flat rate per area: two classic areas are $350, three are $500, four are $600, five are $675, and a full face of six areas is $750. Masseter treatment is $350 at a low dose or $600 at a high dose, and neck treatment for platysmal bands is $450. A full-face treatment with neck and masseters is expected to use about 85 units. Filler pricing runs from a half syringe for lips at $450 to a single syringe in any area at $700, with add-on syringes in the same area at $600. The mini facial balancing package, which covers up to 3.5 syringes across multiple areas in one visit, is $1,950. Individual syringes can be added to that package at a discounted rate up to six weeks after the original treatment. Dissolver vials are $350 for new patients and $200 for existing patients.

The clinic says neurotoxin typically lasts three to four months and filler six to 12 months after the first treatment, with longer results after later treatments. For a wedding, it suggests trying neurotoxin six to 12 months ahead and scheduling treatment five to six weeks before the date. Products are FDA approved and purchased under physician supervision, according to the clinic. Payment is accepted by card, Apple Pay, exact cash and Cherry financing. CareCredit, HSA and insurance are not accepted. Nose filler is not offered here and is referred to Calypso Aesthetic Lab in Dallas.

Providers determine filler amounts based on anatomy, medical history and goals, and take a cautious approach to filler migration, recommending ways to reduce that risk.
