About
Natausha Spears owns Injectable Aesthetics, where she also works as the nurse injector. She is a registered nurse holding a bachelor's degree. Before opening her own business, she worked alongside plastic surgeons, other specialty physicians and medical spas. Peers describe her as a pioneer in the aesthetic field. Beyond clinic work, she teaches nationally and internationally, training physicians, dentists, physician assistants and nurses. She developed an online training program covering neurotoxins and fillers, and she runs Supervision 180, a hands-on program in Las Vegas. She sits on the board of the International Academy of Aesthetic Facial Academics (IAAFA). Among her memberships are the American Aesthetic Nursing Association and the Association of the Medical Esthetic Nurse. She has performed over 50,000 Botox and filler procedures and has been treating some clients for close to two decades. Her specialties are dermal fillers, Botox and liquid facelifts. When selecting a filler, she takes into account the treatment area and the outcome the patient wants. Liquid facelifts are mapped out at the consultation, where she also goes over pricing with the patient. Each Pixel laser patient receives an individual assessment, and laser options come up during first consultations. She treats patients for Botox, fillers and laser treatments.
