Haircuts cover men's, women's and children's cuts, including bang trims, neck and sideburn trims, beard trims, curtain bangs, clipper cuts and youth haircuts. Haircut and blow-dry prices differ for repeat and new guests, and a repeat guest is someone who sees the same stylist within six months of the last visit. Bridal styling, half-up and full updos, braids and blowouts are also offered. Color work includes grey and bleach retouches, full color, highlights, balayage, all-over color with shine, root touch-ups and vibrant color. Prices start at a set amount and rise with length and coverage, and extra fees may apply for thickness, process time or color used by the gram. The Dermaplane Facial is a manual exfoliation that the salon says removes the top two to three layers of dead skin, and it is not recommended for people with severe acne. The Hydra Dermabrasion Facial is described by the salon as non-invasive with little to no recovery time. Ultraceuticals facials use an Australian skincare line that is formulated without animal testing, parabens or synthetic fragrances. Facial enhancements such as deep pore extractions, high frequency, red light therapy, microdermabrasion and peels can be added to a full facial. Body options include an aromatherapy back facial, a body polish and ear candling. Performance facials are offered at the Green Bay location only.

Brow services include tints, lamination and lamination with tint, while lash services include tints, lifts, fills and full-set extensions in Classic, Hybrid or Volume styles. Nails are offered at the Green Bay location only and include essential, spa and gel manicures and pedicures, plus a hot stone pedicure. Waxing covers small areas like lip, chin and toes through to full arms, legs, stomach and back. Indira Lifestyle Memberships are monthly plans: Express Retouch for a monthly root touch-up, Blow Out Delux for two blow-outs, and Radiance for a monthly Essential Facial in either 45 or 60 minute length. Members also receive 20% off retail. Lifestyle Rewards members earn points on service spending and must be 18 or older.

Appointments need 24 hours' notice to cancel, or half the service cost is charged to the card on file. Reservations over three hours need 48 hours' notice, and a no-show is charged the full service cost. Services are paid by major credit card only. Hair services are guaranteed for two weeks from the appointment date, but color and chemical services are not guaranteed without Aveda at-home maintenance products. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult for salon services, and under 18 for spa services. Guests are asked to arrive 15 to 30 minutes early.
