Massage sessions run from 30 minutes to 75 minutes.

Booking policies ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel. Appointments cancelled with less notice or missed carry a 50% fee of the scheduled service, and the salon may consider an exception for timely notice of an emergency. A deposit may be required for new facial clients and for services longer than 60 minutes, and it goes toward the total. Late arrivals may have their service shortened without a reduction in the fee, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to rebook.
