New guests complete a new client form before their first hair appointment. A first visit is usually the New Guest Color Session, a longer appointment that begins with a consultation about hair history and goals. Current clients book color by how much highlighting they want, from a quick touch-up around the hairline and part to full highlights throughout.

The studio's scalp service, the In Good Hands Scalp Ritual Detox, is an hour-long treatment. It includes a detoxifying scalp oil, an exfoliating scrub, a scalp mask, shampoo, a deep conditioning treatment, a soothing eye mask, and a massage of the scalp, arms and hands. It can be finished with a blowout or left to towel dry.

Payment is due at the time of service, and major credit cards and digital payments are accepted. Cancellations need at least 48 hours notice; appointments canceled inside that window incur a 50% fee, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full scheduled service. Late arrivals are seen for the remaining appointment time, and services may be shortened to stay on schedule. Gratuity is appreciated but not expected. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and are final sale. The studio is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
