The salon aims to create a relaxing, elevated environment where guests feel welcome, comfortable and supported. It features independent stylists, so each professional works with their own focus, and those listed here cover color, cutting, barbering and specialty hair work.
New guests can book a free 15-minute consultation to talk through hair goals and preferences before a first visit. New clients booking going lighter or going darker services pay a $50 non-refundable deposit, and new clients booking a new client haircut pay a $20 non-refundable deposit; both deposits are applied to the appointment. Bang trims and neck clean-ups are only for existing clients, and a bang trim is free and takes about 15 minutes.
Among the signature offerings, the signature haircut and style is $105 and runs about 60 minutes, including a scalp massage shampoo with Kevin Murphy or Amika products, a cut and a blowout. Brazilian blowout services start at $300 and can be combined with color or a haircut. Brow lamination is $90 for about 45 minutes and includes reshaping, tint, and waxing or tweezing; the salon says the results last for weeks. Tape-in extensions use Aqua brand tabs and/or wefts.
Clients can book and pay through the salon's booking system. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. If a client cannot keep an appointment, they are asked to tell their stylist as soon as possible so it can be rescheduled.
