The salon names culture, community, teamwork, education, passion and sustainability as its core values, and says its focus is excellence in hair care through education for both stylists and clients.

Sustainability is part of daily operations. According to the salon, it recycles up to 95% of its salon waste and holds Green Circle certification, and it partners with B Corp beauty brands. Take-home products are available for both the Aveda and Davines treatments.

The salon uses parts-and-labor pricing, so clients are charged for the color used rather than a flat color fee. A Bluetooth scale helps stylists measure color the same way each time. Some services may require a deposit, and cancellations need 24 hours' notice. Hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Thursday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The salon is closed on Sundays.

Special events have their own rules. Consultations for events other than weddings are free, and event appointments must be prepaid before the event day. Cancellations made less than 48 hours ahead are charged the full price. Brides must book a trial appointment before the wedding day. Extension clients need a complimentary consultation and a non-refundable down payment before booking.

According to the salon, it has been named a Best of Tulsa A-List winner in 2021, 2022, 2024, 2025 and 2026, and voted best hair salon in Midtown Tulsa by Tulsa People. It also says guests rate it five stars on Google and Yelp.
