Each suite includes utilities, high-speed internet and Wi-Fi, a TV and a refrigerator, along with shampoo bowls, styling chairs and hood dryers. Suites have contemporary finishes of porcelain tile and granite, and many have windows. North Plano has two large breakrooms, two commercial-style laundry rooms and full-time, hands-on management, plus LED lighting. Richardson suites are individually climate-controlled and fully furnished, with secured parking and curbside or garage parking for clients. South Plano suites have keyless door locks, individual climate control and windows. The salon is open around the clock with security systems inside and out.

The service menu across the locations covers waxing, esthetician work, hair coloring and styling, makeup, manicures and pedicures, and extensions.
