The massage menu includes Swedish, deep tissue and sports therapy aimed at people before or after intense workouts, along with cupping using silicone cups and hot stone sessions with basalt and Himalayan salt stones. The Pumpkin Spice Massage uses a blend of six essential oils. TheraReleaf and single or custom essential oil blends can be added to a massage, and lymphatic facial massage can be booked alone or added to a massage or facial.

Facials run from a classic five-step treatment with a neck and shoulder massage to signature facials customized to skin concerns, with anti-aging, brightening, calming and detoxifying options. More advanced choices include NanoNeedling, CRX Micropeel, LED therapy, microcurrent and several Repêchage facials, among them a seaweed facial, a peptide cryofacial and a VC 5 firming treatment. The portfolio page states that extractions are included in every facial.

Body services include a Body Polish and the Peppermint Sea Twist Body Wrap, which requires a $100 deposit. The studio is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday with different hours each day, and is closed Tuesday and Sunday. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged 50% of the booking, and a no-call, no-show is charged the full amount.

Treatments are often shaped around the individual, such as a signature facial built around current skin concerns and essential oil massage that can use single oils or custom blends.
