The facial menu includes the Séance Facial, which pairs a 30% TCA BioRePeel peel with a HydroFacial treatment and is described as suitable for acne, scarring, fine lines, wrinkles and hyperpigmentation. The business says the peel involves minimal downtime and little flaking. For acne, the Potion of Purity facial uses steam, enzyme exfoliation, extractions, HydroDerm, High Frequency and Blue LED light, and is intended for mild to moderate acne; it can lead into the business's acne Boot Camp program. Other options include the Fountain of Youth anti-aging facial, the Alchemy + Elixir combination, and the Skin Ritual, a 60-minute tailored facial with neck, decollete and scalp massage.

Brow and lash services make up a large part of the menu. Brow tint, lamination and wax-and-tint combinations are offered, with the business noting that brow tint lasts up to a week on skin and four to five weeks on hairs, and lamination results last four to six weeks. Lash services include removal, tinting, lifts and several extension styles, from classic to mega volume, in full sets or fills. Lash fills require at least 40% of extensions to remain; otherwise the visit is treated as a full set. The business recommends fills every two to three weeks.

Waxing is done using the sugaring method, a sugar paste applied to remove hair. Services cover the face, lips, chin, sideburns, underarms, arms, legs, back, chest, and intimate areas, including a Brazilian wax, a bikini wax, a Manzilian intimate wax for men, and the Pretty Kitty Glow Package, which combines a sugaring Brazilian wax with a Vajacial. The Veil of Venus Vajacial is an intimate-area treatment with exfoliation, purification and hydration. Skincare products are also sold on site, and gift cards are available.

Booking requires a card on file to secure each appointment, and cards are charged only after the service is completed. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may have the appointment canceled and charged a cancellation fee. Rescheduling needs 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged half the service price, waived only in emergencies, and no-call, no-show clients are charged the full fee. The business is open Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 9 PM, Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Sundays.
