Each lash set is customized to suit a client's everyday needs, and the team explains how to care for lashes between visits. The stated aim is high-quality care in a relaxing setting.

Classic sets attach one extension to each natural lash. Volume sets build fans from 2D to 10D on each natural lash. Hybrid sets combine roughly half classic and half volume, using 2D to 5D fans. Full classic sets are listed at $100 and take about an hour, volume sets at $160 and about two and a half hours, and hybrid sets at $120 and about two hours. Refills are offered every 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks in each style.

Clients are asked to arrive without mascara or makeup for classic sets and refills, and with eye makeup and mascara removed for hybrid sets. A lash bath can be added with the client's approval if lashes need cleansing. Refills from another salon are listed at $100.

The facial menu ranges from a short Sugar Sweet mini facial to signature, custom and Korean glass skin facials, with dermaplaning, Hydrafacial treatments, Neveskin, a retinol peel and microneedling.

Each lash set is customized to fit everyday needs, and clients are taught how to care for their lashes.
