Walk-ins are not accepted.

The menu covers classic, hybrid and volume lash extensions, lash lifts including a Korean version, brow lamination and tint, brow and lip or chin waxing, and facials built on IMAGE Skincare products. Every visit starts with a conversation about the client's goals and preferences, and treatments are performed one-on-one in a private studio. The studio describes its Signature Lift Peel as its most intensive resurfacing facial, and names the Skin Rescue Acne Facial and Ormedic Experience Facial among its most requested. Full lash sets run $120 to $150 and take about two hours, while lash fills range from $70 to $90 and take about an hour and a half.

Booking requires a 50% deposit, which holds the appointment and is applied toward services at the visit. Rescheduling has no limit. Changes made at least 48 hours ahead let the deposit carry over to a new time, while cancelling later or not showing up forfeits it. Same-day bookings depend on availability. The Hydro Jelly Mask is offered only as an add-on to a facial. The studio says it aims to overdeliver and not overcharge.

Treatments are tailored from a consultation on each client's goals, with the aim of results that look balanced, considered and wearable.
