Lash extension services cover classic, volume, hybrid and wet look styles, offered as full sets or refills, with bottom lash extensions also available. Lash removal, a Korean lash lift and a lash wash and brush (about 20 minutes, lasting until the refill) are also on the menu. Brow services include brow waxing and brow lamination, and full face waxing is offered as well. Every service includes a free lash nap. Refills are typically needed every two to three weeks, depending on how the lashes are cared for. Clients should arrive with clean lashes. Appointments require a full deposit and walk-ins are not accepted. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid charges. New clients sign a consent form, and a sensitive adhesive is available on request. Anyone with a latex or carbon black allergy, or a recent lash lift, should tell the owner before the appointment.

House calls bring lash services to the client's location, with the owner working alone on these appointments. Coverage runs from Orange County to Malibu. House call prices are higher than studio prices, with classic and volume full sets and refills listed separately.

The studio also teaches lash artistry. Classes are hands-on and interactive, and the owner teaches all private classes at the Hye Lash academy. A one-day Classic and Volume Fundamentals course costs $850 and includes a full kit valued at $275. It covers placement, application technique, hygiene, removal, pricing, policies and client booking. A one-day Tooth Gem Certification course costs $550 and includes a sample kit and hands-on practice, covering sanitation, techniques, disqualifications, gem mapping and product knowledge. Classes end with a certificate of completion. A separate lash certification course is listed with a non-refundable $300 deposit.
