Pricing is flat-rate and gratuity-free, and the salon describes its pricing as transparent. Services range from haircuts and base color changes to full head vivid color, lightening, brow services and small waxing jobs. Several color and lightening services include a K18 Peptide Treatment, and lightening services include toner. Consultations by phone, video or in person are offered at no charge, and wedding consultations cover availability and pricing for wedding parties.

The salon is open Monday and Wednesday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Thursday from 10 AM to 8 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM. It is closed on Tuesdays and Sundays. Arriving late may mean the planned services are reviewed, and arriving 15 minutes or more late may mean services are refused and must be rebooked. Cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment may carry a 50% service fee, and multiple cancellations at any time may carry a 50% non-transferable fee. No-call, no-show visits may require payment of up to the full prior booked service before rebooking.

Product choices are based on ingredients, and the salon carries Rahua and Hairstory products, along with brushes and microfiber towels. The salon says it recycles 99% of its waste and describes its products as chosen for the health of clients rather than for cost. The salon states that it is fully insured and current on its licensing requirements.
