Much of the work is aimed at people who have lost hair or pigment through age, surgery, accidents, chemotherapy or conditions such as alopecia. The studio describes its medical tattooing as an advanced form of cosmetic tattooing that aims to soften the look of discoloration and rebuild areas that appear different from the surrounding skin. It treats breast patients after mastectomy and reconstruction, and it lists breast and plastic surgeons whose patients it works with in Cincinnati, Dayton, Lexington, Indianapolis and Edgewood. It also performs corrective areola tattooing for people who had earlier areola work done elsewhere.

A permanent makeup visit begins with a free consultation. Brow tattooing takes about two hours, with the design and numbing making up roughly the first hour. Permanent makeup bookings carry a non-refundable $100 deposit that is applied to the total due at the appointment, and each first session includes a complimentary touch-up to be booked within eight weeks. Prices may change without notice, and booking an appointment means agreeing to the cancellation policy.

Esthetic services use Circadia professional skincare products. Facials range from a 30-minute express facial to a 90-minute HydroGLOW Deluxe, with seasonal specialty facials and add-ons such as dermaplaning, LED light and high frequency. The menu also includes chemical peels chosen after consultation, targeted treatment systems, brow and lash tints and lifts, and waxing.
