Extensions come in four styles, from Classic/Wet Set through Hybrid/Light Volume and Volume to Mega Volume, and clients can book either a full set or a fill. Fills are priced below full sets for the same style, and a fill that has lost more than half its lashes is booked as a full set instead.

Each extension service is booked for 110 minutes. Brown lamination takes 60 minutes on its own, and brown lamination with tint takes 120 minutes. Prices range from $50 for a Classic/Wet Set fill or brown lamination up to $110 for a Mega Volume full set. Availability is posted on a calendar on the business's Instagram under availability, and clients are asked to check it before booking. Hours run through the week, with evening appointments on weekdays and weekend hours on Saturday and Sunday.

The studio also offers a Lash Extension Certification Course for people with no prior experience. The course costs $450, runs 300 minutes, and requires a $100 deposit. It includes a certification and hands-on training.

Cancellations made within 12 hours of an appointment are subject to a 50% fee, and clients must also contact Hope directly when cancelling online. Gift cards are sold in $50, $75, $100 or $200 amounts, or in a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
