The menu is centered on facials. Hydrafacial treatments come in three levels: an Express version of 15 minutes, a Deluxe version of one hour, and a Platinum version of 1 hour 25 minutes that opens with lymphatic drainage. A custom facial starts with a skin analysis and includes two customized masks and a 20-minute massage. Acne Bootcamp is a treatment for returning clients that begins with an acne consultation. LED light therapy and lymphatic drainage can be added to most facials, and a Fresh Face Special pairs a 45-minute facial with a lash lift and tint.

From that, Katy sets up a custom regimen and treatment plan. Clients should expect to spend about $130 to $250 on products at the first appointment. Clients who cannot come in can book a 30-minute virtual consultation by FaceTime or Zoom, which includes a $50 product credit, or a 30-minute in-person consultation for treatments and home care. A same-day consultation followed by treatment is also available, with pricing that varies.

Several policies apply. Clients should stop retinols and other exfoliating acids one week before a Hydrafacial, avoid waxing for a week beforehand, and avoid Botox or fillers for two weeks. Children are welcome only when they are self-sufficient and well behaved. Appointments more than 15 minutes late are canceled or rescheduled, and the no-show fee applies. No-shows are charged 50% of the service cost, and cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged 20%. Lash fills booked more than four weeks after the last visit are charged as a full set, and foreign lash fills are not accepted.

Skin care products are sold through a linked online shop that ships to clients. The shop carries GlyMed Plus, along with lines from Face Reality, Lost Artistry and Babe Lash. eGift cards are available in amounts of $25, $75, $100 and $150, or a custom amount.

Katy builds each plan from a full consultation, with the skin concerns and daily habits a client describes shaping the treatment and home care recommended.
