Lash extensions are built from full sets, and the style depends on how many extensions attach to each natural lash. A classic set places one extension on each natural lash for added length and a light mascara look. Hybrid sets mix classic and volume extensions, volume sets fan several thin lashes onto each natural lash, and Mega Volume is the fullest option at about three hours. Fills, starting at $45 for classic, $55 for hybrid, $60 for volume and $65 for Mega Volume, are for clients who already wear extensions applied at least two to three weeks earlier.

The studio also offers a Korean Lash Lift, which gives natural lashes a semi-permanent curl using two solutions without adding thickness, with lifts recommended every four to six weeks. Lash Tint can be added to a lift, and a Lash Patch Test is available for $10. Lash Removal takes thirty minutes and costs $45; clients are asked not to remove old extensions at home.

Clients who had a full set done elsewhere are asked to book a full set rather than a fill, since the studio cannot guarantee filling over another artist's work and does not lash over another technician's work. New lash extension clients must book a full set for their first visit and pay a non-refundable 50% deposit at booking, applied to the total. New clients booking other services pay a non-refundable 50% deposit after booking; the studio responds within 24 hours, and appointments without a response are declined.

Changes need more than 24 hours' notice to avoid a charge, and late cancellations are billed 50% of the booked service to the card on file. Appointments in the week of a major holiday need 48 hours' notice. No-call, no-show appointments are charged the full service price. The studio is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and closed the rest of the week.
